- In addition to the service fee, shipping and handling for diagnostic equipment, parts and similar may be charged separately.

- Services provided online are delivered in sequence following completion of payment.

- In the unlikely event that a product or service we have provided is defective, please contact us and we will deal with it individually.

- Given the nature of the services, cancellation after provision has begun is not possible.
- For services by appointment, we may accommodate a change of date where we are notified in advance.
